How to use

Internal use:

Dissolve 1 level teaspoon in a glass of mineral water. Take in the morning and at night.

External use:

• Mouthwash: Mix one tablespoon in half a litre of hot water (not boiling).
• Face mask: Mix one tablespoon with water or herbal tea in a non-metallic container until you obtain a firm but not thick consistency. Apply to the face and neck, avoiding the eyes and lips. Leave on for 10 minutes and remove with warm water before it dries completely. It is recommended to apply a moisturising cream afterwards.
