Clearspring Sushi Rice 500 g

Organic sushi rice, ideal for preparing Japan's most international dish, sushi.

• Selenium variety, short grain rice, specially for sushi.
• Organically grown.
• Contains 500 g of sushi rice.

Preparation: Wash one cup (250 g) of rice with cold water and drain. Transfer to a saucepan with 340 ml of cold water and soak for 30 minutes. Bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the rice absorbs all the water. Remove from the heat and leave to rest, covered, for 10 minutes. Ingredients: Organically grown rice.
