Instructions for use

  1. Open the package and allow the bases to air for a few seconds.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  3. Place the bases on the oven rack at medium height.
  4. Cover with the desired ingredients.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once the package has been opened, keep the bases tightly closed and consume within 2 days.

Recipe: Vegan Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 El Granero organic gluten-free buckwheat pizza base
  • 2 tablespoons of natural tomato sauce
  • 1/2 courgette, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 aubergine, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 red onion, julienned
  • Grated vegan cheese to taste
  • Dried oregano to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Place the pizza base on the oven rack.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce over the base.
  4. Distribute the vegetables and vegan cheese on top.
  5. Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with a little olive oil.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the base is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
