Instant Organic Wholemeal Oat Flakes are characterised by being smaller, finer and softer flakes with an instant cooking time of just 2 minutes. 

This makes these oats the perfect solution for a healthy, quick breakfast for the whole family.

Oatmeal porridge with fruit

  • 40 g fine oat flakes
  • 200 ml plant-based milk (soya, oat, almond)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup Fresh fruit (strawberries, banana, apple) Preparation: Heat the milk and add the oat flakes. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve with fruit and a touch of honey or syrup.
