What is soy sauce?

It is traditionally made by fermenting soybeans with roasted cracked wheat and salt.

It is ideal for accompanying both Eastern and Western foods, whether fried vegetables, rice, breaded foods, soups, even a few drops added to salad dressings, and can also be included with meats as its flavour is ideal for marinating or frying them, such as fish, chicken, beef, pork, etc. It is a savoury condiment, but with a sweet touch.

Recommended method of use

Store in a cool, dry place. Close the container tightly after use.
